Analysts, Engineers, and Senior Engineers

Analysts, Engineers and Senior Engineers are active contributors to client projects and are assigned to various teams to support the production of deliverables: creating work products, designing solutions, developing strategies, developing concept of operations, transition and migration plans, managing project schedules, meeting customer deliverable expectations, solving customer problems and other tasks as directed or requested...

  • Analysts focus on learning our business and developing new competencies. Some travel may be required.
  • Engineers are engaged in advanced and complex analysis, may lead tasks and teams, and are expected to clearly present project updates to internal leaders and clients. Some travel may be required.
  • Senior Engineers lead projects and serve as experts across multiple domains. Senior Engineers provide both strategic and tactical direction for their projects, are responsible for delivering an entire project start to finish as well as being able to clearly tell the story to clients. Senior engineers produce engineering work products, serve as a main contact for client questions and communication, manage projects, lead multiple teams, play a key role in mentoring and developing other Engineers and Analysts in technical and leadership skills and other tasks as directed or requested. Senior Engineers may have frequent travel to client sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Independent self-starter who successfully initiates and completes assignments driven by curiosity, persistence and tenacity.
  • Ability to develop solutions to customer problems including business processes and systems.
  • A familiarity with information technology.
  • Analytical and critical thinker to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to manage project schedules.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to learn new business and government functions and associated information technology.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, possess enthusiasm for technology and articulate clearly to all levels of technical aptitude.

Business Development Specialist

Our Business Development Specialists support the Business Development team from initial introductions to customers all the way through project start. They are outgoing and engaging, interacting directly with current and potential customers. IT Cadre BD Specialists also create, maintain, and distribute key business materials and have a keen eye for detail and presentation. Specific responsibilities for our BD Specialists include...

  • Assist with the development of new business proposals, sales pitches, presentations, drafting responses, securing internal approvals, and liaising with other stakeholders.
  • Collate and maintain accurate logs of account details, activities and contact information using CRM database.
  • Follow-up on pre-qualified leads with the business development team to ensure they are processed timely and lead to pipeline creation.
  • Attend events and/or trade shows as required. Managing onsite registration of company sponsored events and assisting with planning and execution. Document post exhibition activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Support strategic decision making by accurately documenting, filing and reporting BD statistics to the BD Director and leadership team.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Perform administrative support duties for the BD Director and BD team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or education/experience equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with CRM databases and PC applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive “can do” attitude over the phone and in person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively and positively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Excellent time management. Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analytical and critical thinker.
